And yes isn’t it crazy that drinking water takes actual attention and intention .. it’s so easily forgetton something I had no issue w before becoming a mother, and now require it even more and often would forget!
Finally.. that mental prayer, I must say that has been getting me through so much these days, trying SO hard to get into a better prayer routine!
